Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using NuetShark, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About NuetShark
NuetShark is an educational practice tool for NUET preparation. The app helps students practice Mathematics and Critical Thinking through quizzes, exam-style tests, daily challenges, saved questions, result review, progress tracking, streaks, and admission-related reference content.
NuetShark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Nazarbayev University.
Educational Use Only
NuetShark is provided for educational practice and study support. It should not be treated as official exam, admissions, or university guidance.
No Guarantee of Admission or Exam Outcome
NuetShark does not guarantee admission, exam success, score improvement, or official accuracy of all admission information. Your results depend on many factors outside the app.
Practice Content and Results
Content, scores, explanations, and progress information are for practice and study support only. They may help you review your work, but they are not official NUET results or admissions decisions.
Local Data
User progress is stored locally on the user's device. Local data may include quiz or exam progress, selected answers, correctness, time spent, saved questions, daily challenge attempts, streaks, and app preferences.
App Store Terms
NuetShark is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the developer provides a custom EULA.
Intellectual Property
NuetShark, including its app design, organization, text, and other materials, is owned by Akylbek Oralov or used with permission, except where third-party rights apply. You may use the app for personal educational study, but you may not copy, redistribute, or misuse app content in a way that violates applicable rights or law.
Third-Party Services
NuetShark uses Supabase to provide read-only educational content such as public tests, questions, images, and exam tips. Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NuetShark to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with the app, its content, or related services.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app unlawfully.
- Misrepresent NuetShark as an official Nazarbayev University service.
Availability and Changes
NuetShark may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Educational content and app features may change as the app is improved.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NuetShark is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer does not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user's needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akylbek Oralov will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to exam outcomes, admissions decisions, study results, device issues, or app availability.
Termination
You may stop using NuetShark at any time. The developer may restrict or discontinue access to the app if necessary to protect the app, comply with law, or address misuse.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated when NuetShark changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
